Never say “I don’t know” – search for the answer

My name is Esraa, and I am a 25 years old Syrian woman living in Jordan. I completed five years of volunteering with various organizations and associations in Jordan. Volunteering built me as a person, and I find myself positive, helpful, and social around others.

I am very concerned about nature and climate change and love working as a hiking and climbing coach. I even used to train young people in that. In the future, I hope to travel and climb mountains in other countries while coaching more youth to have such skills.

Last year I founded “Arabesket,” a small sweet and bakery business that started as a hobby. I feel so relaxed when I am engaged in such activities. Here is a lesson I learned through my experiences: When someone asks you about something you don't know, don't say, “I don't know.” You must search for the answer yourself and not expect others to tell it to you.
