With the support service, recipient's independent self-sufficiency and quick adaptation are supported through individual counseling, explanation, information provision and networking, taking into account that the support person is one of the links in the network-based case management managed by local governments. Estonian Refugee Council's assessment is carried out by the local government's action plan and goals. We are ready to suggest a suitable support person for the client within five working days after receiving the notification.
