We want to help vulnerable populations improve livelihoods and food security and adapt to climate change by promoting sustainable agricultural practices at the household level.

In our existing hydroponics, Syrian refugees are mainly employed, who, due to the restrictions placed on them in the labor market, are only allowed to work in agriculture, manufacturing, construction and narrowly defined service sectors. Within the framework of this project, we would like to continue and improve the provision of livelihood support to them through the creation of dignified work opportunities and means of livelihood. To this end, we conduct trainings on sustainable agricultural methods and offer hydroponic solutions for households to the beneficiaries - we build hydroponic greenhouses on the land of the beneficiaries. In addition, we are creating an online environment where beneficiaries can exchange experiences related to plant growing and ask questions from experts in agriculture and hydroponics.

The result of the project is the improved knowledge and skills of the beneficiaries about sustainable agricultural methods, thanks to which they can ensure their own livelihood by growing nutrients for their own consumption or sale, and if they wish, they can use the acquired knowledge to enter the labor market.
