In 2025, the Estonian Refugee Council’s total income amounted to 11.53 million euros. ERC’s programmes and projects are funded primarily by institutional donors, whose long-term support enables us to respond to crises quickly and effectively. In 2025, institutional donors accounted for 95% of our total income.

Donations accounted for 1% of the Estonian Refugee Council’s income in 2025, amounting to nearly 130,000 euros. The remaining 4% came from public procurement and services supporting refugees in Estonia, totalling more than 40,000 euros.
